I placed the order for a Fish Tank and a stand. While placing the order they said they will deliver in 5 days then on following up they said they will deliver in 7 days and Max 8 days. It's already 8 days and no information about the product. Their customer support is non-existant you can call and text them any number of times and they would not respond. When I finally got hold of them they said they cannot give a date when the product will be delivered.
This is strange from what they committed before. Now that I have paid the advance I'm stuck. My plea to return the advance is also not honored and I'm left waiting to get started.
If it was fished i could have waited now am setting up a planted tank and all the other stuff are here then the tank is not.
