Description:
I have made a online payment of INR 1, 190/- on 'fitnessword.in' website for purchase of 10kg. steel dumbells with 2 rods.
The dealer has delayed the delivery for almost 2 months. Up till reporting this fraud complaint, I have not got the delivery.
The dealer has made numerous false claims during this 2 months for delivering the product and ultimately 2-3 days back the dealer asked me to take the deliver of the cheap product.
However, I have refused the same and have written the email confirming that I do not want the delivery and have asked for refund of my money.
The dealer has started making excuses in refunding the amount.
I would request you to kindly look in to the matter as it seems to be a fraud on larger scale.
