Regarding the pathetic service of fitness world

We have purchased tread mill of fitness world. Their customer service team is really pathetic .one of the service person came n took INR 1200 AS service charge and said PCB will change in INR 7500.WE agreed then he said it is not available in stocks. After one month we again approach to customer care then they said PCB Cost INR 14500...This is really making fools to the customers....

I have ordered 30kg gym combo and flat bench on 07JAN2022 I didn't receive it till now and nobody is responding

Order ID is 27032. After multiple mails and phone calls they sent me an email saying that your pin code is non serviceable on 19JAN2022. Treadmill dismantle for the past 1 and half years and no response till now

I have purchased one Thread Mill BSA WORKOUTS. Model No. T-330, with Bill No. 1742 dt.[protected].
I noticed that the Thread Mill developed once problem since it did not work properly. I registered a complaint through phone during 2019.
One Technician by name Mr. Rajesh whose Mobile No.is [protected] inspected the Tread Mill during August 2019. He dismantled the Thread Mill completely and said that there was some Technical problem....

Ordered home gym products but not even received invoice

However, after payment when I checked the order history I could not find any order placed details but money is already transferred to them. I tried to contact them via phone number provided in their website. They picked call and told me to sent to WhatsApp the transaction details to them via WhatsApp. But no response received and not able to contact them via phone...

I ordered a product from fitnessworld.in on 13/09/2020 my order id is 23677. They took money while ordering and after two days they sent me a mail that the product can't be delivered on my Pincode. They took money and then saying that product can't be delivered, so i cancelled my order. I am asking them to return my money but 15 days of time also they have not refunded my money....

20 Kg Wt. order on 31-July-2020 still not received

I have order the 20 Kg wt plates on 31-July-2020. still not received. I tried to reached by call +[protected]/+91-[protected] then every time I am getting recorded reply that call is busy. I am trying continuously since 10 days but same recorded reply.

Also I saw that there is no 'order cancel and refund' option or I could not found it.

fraud in replacement of motor

My trademill motor was doing some issue in running so the company person came and changed the motor as it was in guarantee period but that guy has installed a 1.25 power motor instead of 2.5 power. I have been a member since 1990 with no problems on my account. The day after i came back from a month long trip i get a call that my nov. Payment did not go through and they wanted my bank info asap. I said i will call them back after i found out what happened. After calling the bank and fitness world i found out they tried to take the payment out of my nephews account who lives with us and has his own membership not connected in anyway...
