This is to bring to your notice that I had ordered blue dungree with large size and I received XL size and quality was also bad so I decided to return the product and refund my money as I had paid online..They scheduled the pick up on 10th dec 2024 but I received message from ekart courier service on 9th that they couldn't pick up so it would picked in 24 or 48hours but 2 days later also there was no pick up or intimation nor the customer...

I ordered 4 Yonex Nanoray 70 badminton rackets when I was onsite. Each costed Rs 1715.00. They were delivered to my parents who do not know the product name that was ordered. When I checked after back from onsite, I realised that incorrect product was delivered. Only one racket was Yonex Nanoray and the rest were Yonex ZR 100 light which costed only Rs 500.00 each. I was scammed. Flipkart customer service is pathetic who keep on repeating...

Flipkart delivered a damaged product but is not accepting return request....

I placed a grocery order on Flipkart with Order ID OD[protected] on October 27th. However, one of the items worth ₹473 was not delivered. The delivery agent claimed the packet was damaged and assured me the item would be delivered by the evening of the same day. I trusted Flipkart and waited for a couple of days, but when I still hadn’t received the item or a refund, I contacted customer care. Unfortunately, I encountered poor service, and to date, neither the item has been delivered nor has the amount been refunded. Flipkart has rejected my request three times. Can you explain why this is happening?

Flipkart charges handling fee of 3 rupees on every product and a 7 rupee at next level other platforms does not charge this sum of money is it right to charge such additional money as it is taking gst also then charging additional cost of handling fee is the violation of certain rights...
