मैं, Anish Kumar Shukla, Flipkart का एक नियमित ग्राहक हूँ। मैंने 20 मई 2025 को ऑर्डर किया था जिसका ऑर्डर आईडी OD[protected] है। Flipkart के पोर्टल पर यह दर्शाया जा रहा है कि मेरा ऑर्डर 23 मई 2025 को 12:10PM पर सफलतापूर्वक डिलीवर हो चुका है, जबकि मुझे कोई प्रोडक्ट प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है।

1. ऑर्डर की सही स्थिति की पुष्टि करें और मुझे डिलीवरी का प्रूफ दें।
2. यदि ऑर्डर वास्तव में डिलीवर नहीं हुआ है, तो तुरंत इसे फिर से डिलीवर करें या मुझे रिफंड प्रदान करें।

I have purchased a office chair product at flipkart. As it is having the quality issue, comfort issue and noice isssues i have placed the return request. When i placed the return request technician visit has been scheduled and he came to my house and re installed the product. But still it has quality and comfort issues and noice issue as well.
And it doesn’t have the reclaining option to the chair but it has mentioned...

Not delivering the products on time and mentioning that customer has asked to deliver after two or three days without consent. These guys are cheating in collaboration with flipkart by delivering too late and not taking responsibility.

I received a call on 21 feb 2025. they said that the are from icici bank. They said that I have some unredeemed points in my credit card and told me to fill my details on a website. After filling the details, my credit card for charged with 81240. I immediately informed the bank about the fraud. I also informed flipkart where the transaction was done. I told them to not deliver order as this was a fraudulent transaction. I also registered complaint on cyber cell 1930. Inspite of all this icici bank charges my credit card on 18 april 2025 and told me to pay the amount.

Please find my CIBIL Report with Control Number - 9, 01, 13, 33, 426 in which one consumer loan of IDFC First Bank with the above mentioned loan account number - FLIPKART[protected] that I claim never to have availed.

Kindly check in your records who is the borrower of this loan as I never availed in my knowledge. Also, request you to close the BNPL account from my name and reply to me at the earliest.
