I had ordered a rakhi online through Floweraura to be delivered to my brother in the USA. Without attempting or delivering the rakhi, the order has been marked as completed by their team. After raising a complaint, they are claiming they had tried to deliver but could not locate the address, which is a lame excuse. Was this information helpful? |
