I ordered from this site a flower bouquet worth Rs649 in my city patna. And after that i received a bouquet which was of worst quality you can expect. I then contacted the patna workshop and it was not of floweraura it was of Lotus House. I called the customer care of floweraura and the laughed at my complaint.
