FlowerAura — Refund issue

I have ordered on 16th may
They said that they will delivery within a day
But they couldn’t as they said and didn’t even updated until I have not contacted them..
Then they said they will deliver by 17th...
But they did the same ...
Then they asked if I want to cancel the order, I made it very clear to cancel it ...
But they didn’t canceled, they don’t give the option to cancel by self ...
they didn’t even updated me that my order was still on hold ..
I followed them for my refund after 17days, they said that it is in hold and if I want they will delivery it with 2 days...
They actually have weak management and they do not respond to customer...
I had to wait for there response on chat as I wasn’t able to contact them over call ...
They are really very frustrating and pathetic service provider...
I think that they are running fraud business...
I just want my money back ...
