I ordered rakhi combo set worth rs. 469 on 1st of august. My product was to be delivered on 2nd august. But floweraura did not deliver the package. I am very disappointed. They are neither answering my calls nor replying to my mails properly. I want my money back. This is fraud. There customer support service is really bad. I have been cheated. Please refund my money.
