Dear sir,
I have written mail to company customer care but no action taken. So i am complaining again.
I had purchased britannia fruit cake from steel market, durgapur-713204 west bengal on dated 25/03/2020 the lot no[protected]b 1:04)
When we opened the pack (Snap enclosed) at home, surprised to see depraved and very unpleasant smell coming out, cake was damaged & missing at corners like bitten by rats. Its very horrible to see the big brand product conditions. I am sure it fully contaminated with so many pathogens if tested in food safety lab.
We are very upset from this kind of product which produced under big brand and charging premium prices. I am sorry to say it blunder on manufacturing part and this sample should handed over to fssai officials for analysis.
