Food Panda — Failure to issue refund

Foodpanda failed to issue a refund on an order that didn't go through the merchant. They said it's a technical issue but promised to refund after 5 business days, but look, I still don't have it.

Note that it was a foodpanda pay that supposedly, refund should be processed immediately...

Food Panda — Refund not received for a cancelled order

I still not have received my refund for a cancelled order. I tried asking help through chat support but I still have not been helped by the chat support agent and even mentioned it is not possible, I need my refund for 552.00 pesos....
