Force Motors — chassis tampered vehicle supplied against a new vehicle

I have taken a force traveler 26 seater vehicle for some of my commercial use. After 4-5 days when i checked the chassis no carefully, i found as its not the original chassis no printing as given by manufacturer, but is a tampered chassis print. I have cross checked the same with other force traveler vehicle. The vehicle is having many troubles from the day 1 i have taken it like ac is not working fine (Chilling is too low), door lock is not working properly, engine mobile lickage etc. So i doubted and checked. I am guessing that its a used or remodeled vehicle being given to me. I have paid the full payment as per their demand to the dealer, whatever should be given for a new vehicle and being delivered a second hand vehicle.
One more important problem is that, here in odisha, rto officials are not renewing fitness, permit etc, if they they found the chassis no as punched one. I have taken a new vehicle and going to use the same vehicle for more than 15 years, please suggest me, how can i do renewal of my fitness.
Also i have given several complaint about this to the concerned dealer m/s orissa diesel engine pvt ltd, mancheswar, bhubaneswar, odisha, but getting no quality response from them.
Requesting to look into this matter urgently and reply me as soon possible, or else i will be forced to take shelter of legal dept & actions.
