Engine problem in traveller

Dear sir,
I have purchased tempo traveller 17+D for school on 23 april 2018. On 17 th nov.2018 vehicle stoped working.
Traveller sent to your workshop m/s Rajo motors pvt. Ltd. Alwar (Raj.). I have complained so many time on toll number. I brought in your notice through service engineer Mr. Vijayant khanna by email. Nobody listen. I am bearing rs 4000/- per day loss to arrange the vehicle for school staff and children. Where should I go and whom should I complain don't know. Niether service engineer Mr. Vijayant khanna nor your dealer m/s Rajo motors pvt.ltd replied my email till date. I have no choice rather than to go to consumer court.
