We had purchase vehicle Tempo Traveller ambulance bearing registration number MH-03 / CD-360 on May 2016. The gear & clutch of the vehicle were not working proper since purchase from beginning, we show the vehicle at your Heritage Wheel Pvt Ltd service center and they done half engine work on 11/12/2016. After doing the work the problem were not resolved but engine starts knocking, so we again shows the vehicle at your Heritage Wheel Pvt Ltd service center on 25/02/2017. But till today the problem is not resolved.

So we hereby request you to resolve the above problem or else replace our vehicle at the earliest.
