Refund of our credit amount lying in their wallet
Abnormal delay in returning back this credit amount
They have asked all over SBI bank account details, where the concerned refundable amount to be returned and credited.
2 weeks passed away since we submitted all our SBI details but the amount not your refunded. Why so much delay?
Our last reminder, follow up grievance was not responded by Fraazo at all.
Such attitude amounts to violation under the consumer protection act.
No other company delays the refund for so long. We have received the refund from giant companies like Amazon and Flipkart in a week time. But here still after 2 weeks, they failed to refund the amount, damaging their reputation in their customers' eyes.
