I had made a payment to fraazo VNF idea pvt ltd of 1000rs for it be credited to my fraazo account now which never happened they asked to check with phone pay they confirmed that it was acknowledged and received by the recipient, but fraazo customer service are saying they never received it and stopped replying to emails. It's going on from the month of May and I still haven't received any emails from them I have been sending them emails but...

Order not received and cancelled from their end and no refund received as well. No response from customer care. Tried reinstalling the app, but now not allowing to log in...

Placed order for online grocery on 1 October2022 with payment of full amount. Later Fraazo cancelled the order on the same day but no refund till date. I understand that they have shut shop. Why then is the site open and taking orders and payment without delivering....

On 17th August 2022, I paid Rs 199 towards valet services where in I get free delivery. Since then I am unable to place any orders. Bad service. If frazzo knew they were shutting shop, they should not have reminded me to renew valet services. This is cheating the customer. I am hoping to get a refund back....

Today when I opened my app there showing that session expired and when I reached to fraazo support team they said me to write an email to @fraazosupport and i have written 4 to 5 mails but yet I did not get reply any of them. There also have 393 Rs. In my wallet. Which I can't use it now because my app is not opening, only showing session expired. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible....

Placed order (Ref # 9482306 dated 29th April, 2022) online with FRAAZO for 5 lt Saffola Active and paid Rs.954 online through credit card.
The item was scheduled for delivery on 30th April, 2022 between 7.30 AM to 9.30 AM.
The item was not delivered and the company did not respond to any query, complaints made through chat, phone and email.

I ordered for vegetables wherein onion was 16 rs he charge me rs 18 and special offer in coriender 1 rs each 2 items which he did not supplied. their intention is making me fool...

Without order being delivered, Fraazo sent me a message saying order was delivered to you by our delivery boy and changed the order status to delivered in the app. I reached out to support and contacted them atleast 50 times for my refund. They did not give any and sent me a fake screenhot saying your refund has been issued. Such a fraud company. Please take severe action against them....

But strawberries were mushy, spinach was with worms, cauliflower stale with all brown spots, papaya too small, tender coconuts stale, water melon when was cut was white in color and no taste. I had booked an order on fraazo but they did not deliver any items and falsely claimed it to be delivered.The money was paid for all the items from my side through online payment. Even in earlier instance same kind of thing got repeated. Nothing was delivered but in the order it was shown as delivered.The money is never refunded back even after complaining customer care.
