Franch Express Courier — Courier are not yet delivered

The courier was sent on 30th June 2023. Still it has not delivered. Today date is July 17th 2023. Origin place of this courier service is coimbatore. And it was supposed to delivered to Bangalore. But it is not yet provided. I am currently tracking the item, and it appears to be stuck ate the Madiwala hub, . I contacted the party, but they refused to accept it, which is why there seems to be a delay. I called the party, and they informed me that they have not received the item yet. They are not responding properly on my calls in Madiwala hub. The item AWB number is [protected]. Consider this issue and short out as soon as possible.
