I sent a package to Chennai on 12th Oct. (Consignment number : [protected])
It had to be delivered on 13th but the contact person Janakiraman said there are no enough staff to deliver and hence the package will be delivered on 15th Oct.
But the recipient of the package received a call on Thursday (14th) morning 6.45 am to collect it from Padi Lucas where she found the parcel tampered. This issue was raised on that day itself. There are some pieces missing in it.
Now the issue is turned towards us telling that the parcel must have been checked there itself at Padi Lucas. Only after the parcel was taken from Lucas point to the receiver's place, they found that some pieces are missing.
So is this the mistake of the customers? At 6.45 am, the receiver of the package and the sender of the package should check package contents? Otherwise we cannot raise a complaint? Was this information helpful? |
