This is subasri srithar from Medavkkam, chennai . I have been put a 72 kgs of parcel to Netherlands on jan 28 2022 through Medavkkam agency of Franch express ( Maya agency / ravineshawari agency). I was first contacted for ST Couries only. I have no idea how tat have changed to Franch express first . Later on receipt of receiving, I just wanted my parcel to reach safe I don’t bother much tat time by the words given by agency in medavakkam Mr Mayil I am not sure about his name itself. He told that he ll be doing the packages perfect with thick boxes and added 7 kgs for boxes and finally 72 plus 7 kg of boxes 79 kgs I paid for Rs 59, 020 instant on the same day . 10 k by hand and remaining by gpay.
As how it was mentioned dit will reach in a week time it has not reached it took several weeks all my packages been damaged . My cooker my artificial accessories all been damaged . Also the box received you have to really see this is how the international package comes ?
I received of my 79 kgs as 2 split us in the on the of March later 21kgs and 28.5 kgs in Netherlands…Some of the remaining been received in my destination medavakkam a month before with all damages . Please see all attached photo .
On several follow up and calls Medavkkam agency has not given a answer neither not picked the call . I am very much in stress of this for 4 months already I do t know how to escalate this finally I’m in india to sort this now
I need the reimbursement for the remaining 29.5 kgs . This is my final demand on this issue and I’m ready to escalate this to any level further . I am not ready to keep calling everyone daily with no answer.
Mr Murali area manager came to the scene a week before . He is asking me all this a snew issue but the medavakkam agency were telling they escalated all this some months before . Who is playing with customer now ? Is this the right way to handle a international costumer?
No one is answering my calls and msgs I need the solution to this immediately or I’m going for consumer care and other ways to escalate big . Was this information helpful? |
