Hi, This is Prasanna, actually iam the receiver, I about to receive parcel from franch express courier on[protected], ( my consignment number: [protected]) which send from a place Thanjavur to Chennai on[protected], but i didn't receive on[protected], due to their carelessness I couldn't receive the parcel on 17-08-22, On[protected], I was calling to the customer care to know about my parcel, they shared the mobile number ([protected]) of Mr. Ramesh who is the manager in Franch express in my locality, so I contacted him, he took the call and asked about my parcel, he asked me to hold for sometime, then he made conference call to that delivery guy, I asked them why i didn't get my parcel on[protected], they carelessly told by mistake it might misroute to some other place still now i didn't get the load once I get I deliver to your place like that he told, I just requested them that I will be available until 12:30pm so if possible deliver before 12:30pm or pls deliver after 4pm like that I asked, for that the delivery guy was telling that he can't do like he told that he will come on his time, if you are available at that time just come and collect that parcel from my home like that I told, even I had argument with them, the behaviour of both manager and delivery was very worst, they are asking about my person details like don't you have any family members don't they collect from us, whether you are the one in your home like that unnecessary questions have been asked by them, (that delivery guy number: +[protected], finally I received because of sender is a Inspector of police so he shouted them then they delivered within 15 min to my place even while deliver the delivery starting the issue from scratch and shouting at me in public, yeah I agree iam also shouted at him for not doing his job properly Was this information helpful? |
