On 10/04/2016 i had made a recharge of rs.500 on distv money was deducted from my account but recharge is not done.I had also mailed at [protected]@freecharge.com so they replied to solve it within couple of hours but now more than 3 hours are passed no recharge is done.So please help me for this what to do next.
