& did not receive conformation msg.

On 21/03/2016 I tried to add 110 rupees to my freerecharge wallet but due to unknown reason it showed money Deposition failed but money deducted from my bank account.
this money neither added in my freerecharge wallet nor refunded in my bank account...
I mailed them about this they said money will be deposited in my bank account in 5-7 days

Worst response by free recharge service provider, no refund amount by them they make fool of people and earn money . so it's my request to all customer to never use free recharge app....

Free Recharge is a fraud company. There have been numerous complaints of amount being deducted but the balance not being reflected to the mobile/data card. The company has no customer care number to address the issues being faced. Please never use this fraud website for any of your recharges ever.
