Free Recharge — Bill not pay when balance debited from bank account

This is to inform you that yesterday I have done pay electricity bill with rs 822.11 & same was debited from my account and got reference number FCEA[protected] but still bill not pay of torrent power.
& did not receive conformation msg.
I am also not able to contact in your customer care so request to u plz call back
