Free Recharge — No refund by free recharge app provider

Worst response by free recharge service provider, no refund amount by them they make fool of people and earn money . so it's my request to all customer to never use free recharge app.

Today (30.11.2015) I have done a recharge by free recharge from hgfc bank Amount 246. Amount has deduct from my account bur recharge not reflect in my mob. number. Transition No.-FCVA[protected] Date -30.11.2015 Time - 16:54:38

Today i have made payment for electricity bill worth Rs. 2139 . but transcation was failed and money got deducted from my bank account . when will i get my refund please do as soon as possible
