Free Recharge — Refund not received

Balance deducted from my bank account but recharge not done

I had recharged Rs. 200 in my airtel no. [protected] on 25 mar 2016 and my balance deduct from my sbi bank account but recharge is failed please solve my problem immediately.

I have recharged 90 rupees from BOI bank on my mobile, but it recharged by-default on my another deactivated reliance number.so kindly refund the amount to my active mobile number.
