Freecharge.in - Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — Unauthorised transaction

On 1st September there was an unauthorised transaction through my account and my account is debited by Rs16, 283.2 in Accelyst Solution A/c
The statement is attached here.
I request to please refund my as soon as possible.
