[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount not refunded

On 06/12/2016 I tried to add the amount Rs.250 into the Freecharge wallet, the transaction was failed at the last moment, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. It has been 13 days since it happened but I didn't get my amount back.

I mailed [protected]@freecharge.in on 12.12.2016 but no reply from them. Again mailed them on 15.12.2016, no response.

Help me to get back my money please!.

I already mailed freecharge at the customer care mail id care@freecharge.in, but I didn't get any reply from them for more than a week. I got a reply from care@freecharge.in at the same day I posted here and my amount also got refunded.
Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by venki1151 Thanks. I got a reply from Freecharge on the same day I posted here Dec 12, 2016 and my money got refunded. :)
