[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money debited but recharge unsuccessful

I recharged Tata sky and the money was debited from my account on 20th Jan 2021. But it was not reflected in the account.

When I tried contacting FreeCharge they have just setup a static chat bot and giving same replies every time. Their customer care number is not working. Hell with FreeCharge
