I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Refund Complain

The issue that I have experienced was: I was recharging and transaction failed and refund not credited in my account even after 1 month approximately.

It occurred on: 6/08/2021

Refund my 123/- debited from my account.
Order Number: FCVA[protected]
Even after complaining many times no action was taken to refund my money by freecharge
