[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Transaction failed but not received refund after 7 days

Payed rent from freecharge app using credit card and the transaction got failed on 1st Feb 2022 and today it is 9th Feb 2022 but have not recieved the refund yet and also mailed the issue on [protected]@freecharge.com but from there also no response
