I was unable to make the payment on due date because there was no option to make the payment at all on the application.
Finally they started charging me late fees and interest every single day after the due date.
I tried to reach out customer support via chat but it has only templates sent out by bot which doesn't resolve the issue.
Later I also tried to get in touch with the customer care executive over a phone ca where they put me on waiting for more than 5 mins and finally the call gets disconnected automatically without me getting a chance to speak to anyone. This hasn't happened just once but for more than 10 times.
Looks like the whole eco system of doing business by freecharge is unethical and fraudulent where they just want to milk money from customers without any reason. Was this information helpful? |
