Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — While doing payment for gas cylinder translation failed and money debited refund not received yet

On 6 August I have paid gas cylinder money through FreeCharge but the transaction. Got processing and money was deducted from bank account and till now I have not received refund please help
