Freelancer Media Jaipur — Demanding money in the name of fake job registration and agreement

I have been suffering from same situation and i really got scared. Please take legal actions against them.

Same thing is happening with me he called me and asking me for rs.7600 and start threatening about legal issues

Same thing has happened to me. I got panicked. So, I paid them 5850/- and they sent me a mail and in that they are saying it's a 11 months agreement, you need to pay 18, 450...this was happened on[protected] and they even sent me that they have registered a case against me in Rajasthan noc under No.RG98BRA...

Fake Adv. name in truecaller is Sanjay Saini and the number is [protected]

same thing is happening with me what should i do ? i don't have any money i am orphan. please tell me what should i do

Shall we all assemble and file case against these people ..they did the same with me and will continue to do the same with others . I am ready to take the lead . But these people should be fired.please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

guys, i got same experience .. just day i locked due to some network issue and they locked from their side they demanding 4800 and for payment given some personal Upi id as well as they calling again and again for payment ... this looking like fraud so visited for review check ... and really its fraud ... they cheated everyone as it cyber fraud

They are from the one team i guess, contact no -- [protected] which is helpline no ...
upi id --- [protected]@upi which is name of Manoj G, once its check its some personal number i asked them why its personal then they told it be paid Manager .. i not paid anything yet waiting for mail revert which i mailed them they calling me from contact no -- [protected] and [protected] ...

Is there any action taken by them against agreement which they made fraudly, please suggest

I am facing same problem, I got call from Bellied tech company by seeing quikr work from home, i ask him are you doing scam with me they said no this is genuine company just you have to fill up 390 form in 5 days with phone simple work, I didn't have to pay if your work is not completed then I have to pay and work should be 90%accuracy so I said this is fraud they said this is genuine company all company they said that we are genuine company because we didn't ask you to pay any money from you just need to finish the work on time so he continuously forcing and manipulate me by calling to do this then said send me the details aadhaar card, phone no. Name, email id and signature for ID generate, then they took my photo and signature said they will generate in 2mb of my photo and signature because system will not accept in high resolution they took it and made in 2 Mb then send back to me and tell me that upload this one which they have created and download the agreement but I can't download it because there is no click option so I told them that there is no download option please send me the legal document they told me I can't send you can only download it. Then they skip and told me to finish work otherwise I have to pay. I have completed the work within 5 day and submitted whatever written in the form as it by seeing demo picture. Now they are telling me that you have not done 90 % accuracy so you have to pay as per company rule I said I have finish my work whatever in form filling details is not clear like 1 and I same written by seeing demo work i have finished my work why I should pay you. Then they said you have to pay otherwise your parents will go to jail and legal action will be taken you have to pay I said I didn't receive any document. Now they send me an email and harassing me for that.
They have my documents, all voice record they will do legal action go to court for this pay the money otherwise you have to face all this.
I am so frightening please sir /mam do something for me I didn't have any money. Please help me...

Same I got one call today.

they threaten middle class people and children, so I test it.I complete the work send by them, and I knew my work is correct.But when I check, IT SHOW 101 are CORRECT OUTOFF 390.I totaly surprised.But i knew that.So after 5 days an email from Bellied Tech Lawyer come to me, in which he write that he has a contract between me and bellied tech, and I so that its a fake contact. Because in a contact there are always a real sign of a person not a copy past, and there is no notrization and no proof that I sign that contact. Next day he call me and say to submit 1, 50, 000 in the company bank account within 20 min.I said I don't have so much many, he trying to threaten me, but before he cut the call I ask his BCI registration no.(All advocates have its BCI registration no).And he fail.Then he send me his JO code RJ/4935/2011.But there is a catch JO coad is given to only Judges not to a advote.And after that he end the call.hahahahah.

The point is dont affraid to these kind of fake lawyers, and never ever pay them
