This particular company approached me in the name of work from home job and made me to upload the required documents. Later they used my personal details to make a fake agreement and document in my name. Afterwards, in the name of advocate association, they are forcing me to pay the agreement money or else threatening me to file a legal case against me.They have already taken ₹4800 from me to unblock my ID..which was also a accidental block . The personel are harassing and threatening me and claiming they registered a case against me No.RG98BRA/MUM/1205/0139L There are so mean, fradualant trying to exploit and cheat people who are in need of jobs for their current situation. And you have an 11- Month Agreement with the company, that's why a 10- Month agreement is pending, so how will you cancel the 10- Month Agreement? If you come to court tomorrow with your lawyer then 550010=55000 will have to be paid. If you want to cancel the agreement, you need to pay the part payment of the cancellation charges is 12950/-. If you have to Continue work then you have to pay Security Charges 15580/- Rs. (For Refundable) Note :- If you have not cleared the amount of agreement cancellation or continuation then your file will be Re-Opened. Thank You.
