Fusioncollection.in — Purchased product not received till now and found no tracking link

I have paid Rs 339.84 with GST ( order no #86581 dated 10/10/21) to purchase a Prestige clean home PSB 10 plastic magic Mop (blue) on 10/10/21 but till now I have not received the same. I have received the invoice through mail after placing order where mentioned that my product would be received within 2-3 days.As there was no tracking link, I have knock by mail but have not received any response .
Please do the necessary action as early as possible.
