Website: I am not complaining about any website. The suspicion is regarding this company |
I have been looking for work from home jobs in kolkata. I came across this company on naukri.com. They asked me to submit rs.2500, (That was according to the plan that i opted for) and aadhaar card picture. I wouldn't say they did not pick up my call after that. But the work they allotted to me was incomplete, reason enough to be more sceptical regarding the authenticity of this company. Yes, i do have the offer letter they sent me and the receipt of the money. But that is no big deal. It is a trend nowadays and companies that want to dupe unsuspecting job seekers eventually find a way to fabricate all such offer letters. The passages that i am supposed to type it out on notepad are not complete. This is a little weird. And then there are these other reviews that don't reflect good on this company at all. I have been trying to contact this girl, priya mishra, whom i have been corresponding with since the morning. It is her personal number, yet she doesn't bother to pick up the call and let me know about the authenticity. The entire business looks very fishy. Most importantly, why would a company want an upfront payment of rs.2500 at the very outset? Not that they are bearing any additional expenditure. Technically, if the applicants cannot submit the work on time, they will not get paid. So why the hell is this particular company asking for an upfront payment of this sum? I have been trying to contact other people related to this company — riya singh and sakshi mittal who is supposedly the hr. There has been no response from their end as well. I have put up the same concern on the 'grievance' section of naukri.com as well. All i am saying is that if they revert and let me know about the authenticity and give prooof regarding the payments they have made thus far to other employees (If at all), i would have no problem working for them. But this does not look good to me. Be careful of such companies. I request you guys. Money is hard-earned. Was this information helpful? |
