Hi sir/madam,
I had ordered my "new yes i can change"file from g d vashist associates pvt ltd for which i shared my sons name and date of birth of my son as this company claims that they can make a prediction of mine from my son's birth details. Then i ordered the file by paying 4500 ruppees through cash on delivery to the ecom courier delivery boy. But when i saw the file it was my sons birth predictions were there. When i called their office to file complaint nobody responded my query and simply said just read the file then call us. Again after some days i called them and filed my complaint for this wrong file that has been sent to me and i want my prediction file not my son's one. Then someone called chhabilal from gd vashist associates filed the complaint number - sr21309 dated 18/may/2017. After two days the verication team of gd vashist called and said to send that wrong file they have sent to me. I agreed and courier that file through "trackon courier" on 27th may 2017. From past 4 days i am following with customer care dept of g d vashist associates and they are saying that they have not received the file but the trackon courier people are saying that they have already delivered that parcel to g d vashist associates pvt ltd on 31st may 2017. And today dated 8th june 2017 i again called this fraud g d vashist associates for refunding my money rs 4500 but they are simply disconnecting my call. Please healp me to get my hard earned money back from this fraud organisationg d vashist associates pvt ltd.
