Dear sir/madam, my cancelled order payment not refund by the company (G d vashist and associates pvt ltd). After many follow-up with the company not refund my payment is 6750/- which is completed through payumoney on 27/06/2019. So request to you, please take strict action against the company & i am very tired due to company...

On 27th june 2019 at 11:46 am an order placed to "g d vashist and associates pvt ltd" for kundli and amount 6750/- inr paid by me through payumoney online to provided link by mr. Pankaj yadav and ms. Priya from yesicanchange team.
After 1 hour mr. Kuvarpal sir phoned me and tell that we need to done 1 puja for your navgarah shanti and you will pay 36000 for that and say me do it hurry because the time is less. So i told him that i need some time to think about it. But he said again and agian you pay atleast 2100/- now and pay balance amount after. So i think twice about it why he saying me to pay in hurry, so i phone him again and told him i want to cancel my order because o him website an cancel policy and if we cancel our order within 12 hours of order they will refund entire amount. But when i called them they ignoring me and told that no refund for that then i told him about the cancel policy. Then they said ms. Priya not available now. Next day i call again and they said ms. Priya on leave. And said our caller call you within half hour but all day gone no one called. Next day i called again but same again... Now they are ignoring me and not reply also. I want my hard money back. They all are fraud, scammer cheating poor people those earning money very hardly. Please be aware from these type of system.
