Hi team,

I created an account with gaana and also subscribed for gaana+ (rs 999/-) with my paytm wallet on april 27, 2016.
Now when i try to login with my mail address - [protected]@gmail.com it says that mail address is not valid. request you to mail me the solution to this prob at my address asap and help me get my account back.
This is just not fair. i have never experienced such nuances from online sites like gaana. really this is disappointing guys. revert on my mail address .

Upgraded to gaana+ credited rs999/ via a/c icici bank no [protected] nett banking on 28/09/2016 at 11pm not recieved link/code to any of the emails mentioned abave
