Gaana.com — after buying subscription it is showing free user

Hello team,

Few days back, i brought gaana+ subscription for 1 year and it was working for one or two week. Now at one fine morning i did some update and after that it asked me to login but after login it is showing free user. I did try to reach them but their response is not satisfactory. I have the email where it is showing subscription amount paid but they are saying all my email id belongs to free user.

This is seriously a harrassment and i feel cheated.

I have gaana plus subscription promocode for 1 year . i have applied same and in then they asked for credit card details. i though it is just for security but when i put up all my card details. in final page automatically deducted 399 rs. i even didn't listen single song. please help me to solve this issue.
