Hello,
I have received a free coupon from Paytm for free gana subscription for 3 month.So that I have used that on 18/01/2022. So my 3 months free subscription completed on 18/04/2022. Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.399/- from my account for 1 year subscription. It's a scam. I don't need any kind subscription from gaana. So kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money immediately. Or else I will file a complaint in consumer forum. My registered mobile number is [protected]. And here I have attached the paid receipt for your reference. Kindly do the needful earlier.

Please refund my money of rs 299, because I haven't use ganna app and I have money problem, so please refund my money as soon as possible.I want to cancel my gaan subscription pack and get refund. Please try to understand my problem.Sir I am trying since 6 days but till now my refund money has not come please help
