Gaana.com — can't redeem my gaana code

I am flipkart plus member so i rcvd redeem code for gaana app, but i am unable to redeem my code at gaana app. Showing error maximum coupon redemption limit reached. Last day for redemption is 31st mar 2019.

I have tried thrice this code but it is not accepting. I have attached the error

Request you to advice and please give me a solution for the same.

I have full one year subscription to gaana but after 2 months my gaana account is asking for me subscription again and currently i am free user. This is really annoying.

I have a gaana plus 15 months subscription code from my bank of baroda rupay debit card envelope. I'm trying the code and it's showing "invalid code, try again"

Validity is becoming older help me asap
