This is to bring to your kind notice that I have subscribed for gana online with payment of Rs 999/- for one year on 25th Feb 2017 with Txn I'd No. dqzsd_olx3ld. Today it is asking me renew to download songs. Hence I had to subscribe for one month for Rs 99/-. What happened to my subscription of Rs 999/-. Please kindly refund Rs 999/- to my account immediately.

Updated by Raghvaiyer This is to bring to your kind notice, I have complained regarding the payment of Rs 999/- few minutes back. And now I have received a phone call from the concerned No.[protected], the executive has asked me the card details to refund the money. As per the RBI ruled we are not supposed to give the card details. Therefore I request you kindly to refund the money to my account no[protected] CANARA BANK.
