Actually i am a trial user after subscribing to ganna plus 499plan and when i try to use the app offline the battery drains a lot so i deleted the app and switched to other music streaming services (Apple music) i have mailed to them regarding this but they haven’t responded in a while. So, i just want a refund from them since i have paid the money yesterday only (According to the terms and conditions they stated i can claim for a refund if they are not providing a valuable service) Mail: [protected]@icloud.com Phone: [protected] +0 photos Was this information helpful? Verified Support Sep 28, 2018 Gaana.com Customer Care's response Dear User, Greetings from Gaana!! We have already refunded back the amount. It will take 5-7 working days to get back in your account. We would also like to inform you that the battery drain issue is not with the Gaana but could be due to the new OS 12.
