[Resolved] Gaana.com — unable to download songs on gaana+

I have a Gaana Plus subscription, which is not expired. Whenever I am pressing download button for any song, it's just saying queued and never downloading it. What should I do?
It's showing the queues symbol next to the song and clicking on it is resulting into popping up of a dialogue box asking me if I want to remove it from download list.
I've paid for Gaana Plus, I expect that it fulfills it's purpose!!

First we would request you please clear the songs stuck in queue, logout and login back in your account using your registered details.

Once you are logged back in again then try downloading a single song and let us know by sharing a screenshot for further clarification on [protected]@gaana.com so that the team can look into the issue further.

Please add COMPLAINT FORUM CONCERN in the heading so that we can take up your matter on urgency.
