Gadgetcops — 42" led

I bought a 42 inch sony smart led on 25.11.2018 from the store in mannatd gadgets, karkarduma delhi, as an invoice for which they had written a 1 year guarantee of the stamp of the mannat gadget on a paper. Some features were not working in this led, when i discussed with their customer care ([protected]) in this regard, they asked to talk to mr. Sagar, sagar first tried to solve the problem on the phone itself, but by doing this, more technical problems occurred in leds. Upon requesting sagar to come home and solve the problem, he refused to come. After listening a lot, sagar visited the house he said that leds have to be sent to the service center and it will come back in 2-3 days but after 7-8 days, when the leds did not come back, i called sagar he said when i get it right i will bring it back. Talking about their customer care, they were not answering the phone properly. Transferring phones to each other. After listening a lot, sagar brought back the led without fixing the problems it and said that your led is repaired. When we checked, we said that this repair has not been done, sagar said that you have got it. There is no shortage in this. When we asked to change the led in the guarantee, sagar said that there is nothing that can be done now.
So i request you to help us in this matter.
