policy not received after payment

mobile phone insurance

My mobile phone screen damaged while fell down from stairs, conatcted many time gadget cops for support to get me through the way to get it repair, it took more than a month to approve my claim. Not after submission of documents, it is pending to get paid or any reply from them since 10 days.

Worst in the response and damn worst in their lead time to solve any complaint.

Still i am waiting for their response...

I have given my phone to them last month on 4th may 2017 along with inr 8000, but till now i dint get my handset, every-time the tell me to wait this week and i m keep listing the same since 5 weeks, they response in the polite way, as they learned in their training to give false commitment to every customer, which is not acceptable atoll.

Also, this is my worst experience which i ever had, you guys literally irritate too much.br...

They told me that the policy details are not updated in the system and I have to check with the Retailer which was Hi Fly Infotech(Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi). Bad service

This company is just fooling around people. There is a delay in each and every process. From repair to pickup to claim and what not. Not a single moment a customer can feel satisfied. Gadget Cops is a shame to the business industry. I gave my phone in april for repair and the phone was reported to be in a non repairable condition. The customer care executives have never fulfilled their promise of any activity on the given time....
