Ganesan — three phase connection

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for three phase connection for my home location at ward 46, 50 santhanamari amman kovil street pettai on march 2019. I have received the approval from the electricity board on 25-april-2019 and the said payment has also been paid on 3-may-2019. The bill copy attached for your reference. But still i did not get the three phase connection. Regarding this i directly went to the eb office and met a. E mr. Balasubramanian located at tirunelveli pettai. I did not get any proper response from a. E mr. Balasubramanian. So kindly look into the issue and resolve to get my three phase connection to my home at earliest.
