Ganeshaspeaks — Ring Size Issue

I was asked to measure ring size either via app or jewellery shop. I measured in jewellery shop but the ring that came from GaneshaSpeaks is too small. Since last 1 month I am following up with Nikunj Parmar and Jitu but no solution has been provided, no call back no email reply. I have also requested to take back the product and give refund, but even that they said is not possible.
