Respected sir/madam,
My name is manoj kumar p. I am a school teacher subject i handled in previous school is social science and physical and health education teacher. I joined in gateway international school, padur, kalipattur in the month of august 22nd 2015 worked till august september 22nd 2016. One day during collaboration meeting gateway international school ms. Pallavi called me and scolded me using harsh words on that day itself i wrote one mail and send to principal madam stating that “the way you treated me in the morning i was not happy and explained the situation to her in mail”. That evening i was shocked to see the mail she has sent notice period of 1 month stating that because of your unprofessional behaviour we are sending you out of the school which i did not do anything against the gateway international school management. I worked very hard not sleeping day and night for the lesson plan for the students i dedicated myself to that school. But they forced to me to quit the job by saying unprofessional you behaved, so, i wrote one mail as per you mentioned unprofessional behaviour which i cannot accept so, kindly relieve me immediately. For that hr said to me you collect all originals and experience certificates on september 22. After one month i asked my experience certificate for that principal ms. Pallavi said i will not give experience certificate as you did not serve for the notice period. I asked madam you did not send any reminder that if you work notice period only i will give the certificate means surely i would have worked madam i said and she treated me very badly and did not answer properly. Then i asked for my pf details and amount for the working day salary, principal ms. Pallavi said you are not eligible for pf amount and salary amount for the 1 year and nothing will be given to you she replied very hard. I want justice kindly i need your help.in gateway international school they telling for the teaching staff they are not deducting pf amount and it is a big threat to nation and a teaching staff like me who forced to go out from the school.in gateway international school many things happening like this, i request you to escalate this mail and i am ready for fighting for the justice. One main thing is if management is relieving one person they has to give 3 months’ salary as it is mentioned in joining letter they did not give my pf amount salary totally they threatened me by not giving the certificate. Have attended so many seminar conducted workshops and they blocked all certificates they did not give any certificates to me. I need justice and help.
